Simple expectations for using Sellnomic.
These Terms describe the current beta use of Sellnomic. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully, responsibly, and in a way that respects other users and the security of the platform.
Your account and Workspaces
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account. Workspace access is based on membership and roles assigned within Sellnomic.
Your information
You are responsible for ensuring that information you enter, upload, or import into Sellnomic is accurate enough for your use and that you have the right to store and manage it. Sellnomic does not claim ownership of your inventory or Workspace content.
Acceptable use
Use Sellnomic only for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to bypass authentication, permissions, Workspace boundaries, usage limits, rate limits, or other security controls. Do not use the service to interfere with other users, damage the platform, or upload content you are not authorized to manage.
Usage limits
Sellnomic applies current usage limits to accounts and Workspaces. These limits may change during beta as we learn from real use and operating needs.
Education access
The Education option is available to verified educators and eligible educational organizations. Eligibility is determined by Sellnomic based on the information provided during the request and verification process.
Feedback
When you submit product feedback, you allow Sellnomic to review and use that feedback to improve the service. Feedback submissions must be relevant, lawful, and respectful.
Beta service and availability
Sellnomic is still in beta. Features may change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable while we fix issues or improve the platform. Keep appropriate independent records for information that is critical to your operations.
Protecting the service
Sellnomic may restrict or disable access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security concerns, unlawful use, or activity that threatens the reliability of the service.
Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated as Sellnomic evolves. The current version will be posted here.
