Your information is not our product.

In plain English: your inventory stays yours. Sellnomic uses the information you provide to run the product, support your account, protect the service, and improve how it works.

Information Sellnomic stores

Sellnomic stores information you provide or create while using the service. This can include your account email address, Workspace memberships and settings, Items, Categories, Groups, People, Vendors, uploaded Workspace logos, Feedback submissions, and support messages.

We also keep limited technical and security records needed to operate and protect the service, such as authentication events, audit records, request metadata, and operational logs.

How we use information

We use information to provide Sellnomic, authenticate users, enforce permissions, operate Workspaces, process imports and other requested features, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, maintain reliability, and improve the service.

We do not sell your information

Sellnomic does not sell your personal information, inventory information, or Workspace data. We do not provide your inventory to advertisers or data brokers for targeted advertising.

Who can access Workspace information

Workspace information is available to users who have been granted access to that Workspace according to their role. Sellnomic may access information when reasonably necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, or support the service.

Service providers

Sellnomic may use infrastructure providers for services such as hosting, email delivery, backups, storage, and monitoring. Those providers may process information only as needed to perform services for Sellnomic. Sellnomic does not authorize those providers to sell your information.

Cookies and browser storage

Sellnomic uses essential session cookies and limited browser storage for authentication, security, appearance preferences, and product guidance. Sellnomic does not use advertising cookies.

Security

Sellnomic uses technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect accounts and Workspace information, including authentication controls, authorization checks, database isolation, audit records, rate limits, and encrypted connections when the service is accessed over HTTPS. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Retention and backups

Information may remain in active systems or backups for a limited period after it is changed or removed. Some records may also be retained when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, service integrity, or legal obligations.

Your choices

You can manage much of your Workspace information directly in Sellnomic. For privacy questions or requests concerning your account, contact support@sellnomic.com.

Changes to this notice

We may update this Privacy Notice as Sellnomic evolves. When we make material changes, the updated notice will be posted on this page.
